Job Title: Research Assistant – Feasibility Study
Location: Accra, Ghana (with some remote work possible)
Duration: Short-term consultancy (approx. 3 weeks)
Start Date: July 14 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing data collection tools (interview guides, survey forms)
- Schedule and help conduct interviews with stakeholders
- Support administration of stakeholder surveys
- Collect and organize secondary data from online and local sources
- Help review and summarize documents (e.g. reports, laws, media articles)
- Take detailed notes during meetings and interviews
- Assist in preparing charts, tables, and basic visualizations
- Perform basic analysis and draft short sections of reports as required
- Provide logistical support for field visits, interviews, or workshops
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Social Sciences
- Public Health
- Business
- Development Studies
- Or other relevant fields
- Strong research skills (literature review, data collection)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience assisting with research projects or consulting assignments is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
Remuneration:
Competitive daily consultancy rate based on experience.
